A friend of mine, had started pottery since early this year. I went to her house once around two weeks ago because she was offering a free class (not so much official, maybe in the near future though :)). She taught me and my friend couple things about hand-building (pinching-pots) technique in pottery. Little did I know the potter's wheel, the one we usually see in movies, is actually a tool and it wasn't pretty much necessary except for speeding up the process (said my friend).
