today was... thrilling. deg-degannya pertama kayak nunggu kelulusan ujian univ dulu <-- lebay terutama pas nunggu reviewernya. dan HARUS TAU YAAAAA gue dapet giliran pertama gara-gara kalah suit -__-" I decided to post some pictures since I'm lost at words to describe. besides, I can't feel so relieve right now, I still have a design report and a portfolio to be submitted on Monday so here they are: the first one is the mess i made. making the model was pretty hard actually but the feeling after it was complete was indescribable the second one is the yoghurt. gue sebenernya nggak suka yoghurt sebelumnya kecuali frozen yoghurt *terutama kalo gratis, hmmm gue doyan banget. tapi pas lagi ngerjain eh ternyata enak ya. asal nggak dibauin dulu. oke. aneh, I know. nyokap juga bilangnya nggak sopan makanan di cium-cium, tapi menurut gue kalo baunya nggak sreg itu artinya nggak enak lebih baik mencegah daripada mubazir bukan?

oh iya ada yang kelupaan. hmm my favorite part is actually when I open my cellphone and found 7 new messages unread! my high school friends (12 out of 25) texted me! encouraging me for the final review though they weren't sure what presentation it was :D glad to have you all through the ups and downs fellows

this is probably a post, dedicated to a someone specific, again, who may not read this. but I have to write it since I don't really have guts to tell it to the face.

hey friend, it's been a long time since I see you as someone who has the high spirit to conquer the task. We are all in a deep pressure right now and somehow I don't feel like you're being yourself. the usual you who always on the move and gives your whole effort to every task for the sake of being the best.

I was jealous actually. You had that gift and talent. But now, the light seems to fade.

where all those spirit going? You can't live the rest of semesters not doing your best. we are moving on. we had to. we were forced to move into the better. we live in this dynamic university life and this is really not the time to let go of the dreams.

I may not know you better that the others but I don't want you to lose the grip. I need you to hold on. That way, we'll be just fine.

haaaaaaaaah gatau harus ngejudulin apa. lagi super hectic buat final review tanggal 29 Desember nanti. Dan sejauh ini gue baru mulai bikin maket site. Mau nonton princess hours dulu nih. besok baru mulai gambar. Btw, sampah banget ini udah lama gak nulis malah ngalor ngidul gak jelas.

hmm...

alhamdulillah satu masalah gue sudah terlalui. tapi ya tetep yang kemaren, disadarin aja soal rapuhnya sesuatu tanpa pondasi yang kuat. Jadi inget temen-temen SMA gue yang super cool. They are all my supermans *if I can make it plural. Anyway, let's just make friends.

Dan satu lagi, kayaknya gue harus terus ngingetin diri gue sendiri soal satu hal spesifik... hahaha, jadi pengen ketawa sendiri.

gatau kenapa (oh well, sebenernya gue tau kenapa sih) tapi karena beberapa alasan yang tidak bisa gue jelaskan atau bahkan ungkapkan, gue merasa galau semingguan ini.

i know that to feel is to choose, but I guess something has caught me off guard and make me feel like I was in my lowest point of life.

untungnya adalah buat gue, nggak ada ngaruhnya sama tugas kuliah dan kawan-kawan. Saat galau, maka gue menjadi ansos. Saat ansos maka gue mengerjakan tugas kuliah. Menguntungkan, bukan? ya, menguntungkan buat tugas-tugas gue, tidak menguntungkan buat kehidupan sosial gue. Feels like I was talking too much about this? I don't think so.

Galau membuat gue berimajinasi macam-macam mengenai teman-teman gue, memasang muka terlipat sepanjang hari dan menjudge orang seenaknya. Gue nggak suka begini, seriously. I just don't know where to start when I am about to change it.

Tapi yaudahlah ya, let's just enjoy this hectic week. Guess we already learn some lesson from this week :)

I value a friendship. I really do. Guess I have wrote that before here.

Kali ini gue dapet pelajaran kalo temenan yang dasarnya cuma seneng-seneng, bukannya saling menerima dan memiliki tujuan yang sama itu rapuh. Ya. Rapuh. Kira-kira kayak styrofoam yang dipotong pake cutter yang nggak tajem. Nggak percaya? Coba sendiri. (oke kalo mau coba beneran kalo bisa pake styrofoam yang 1 cm ya. semingguan ini gue keracunan styrofoam, pardon me for the random analogy)

apa sih yang kemudian bikin kami bisa sama-sama selama setahunan kemaren? gue sendiri jadi bertanya-tanya. kalau memang segitu rapuhnya, kenapa kami pernah bisa merasa nyaman satu sama lain, apa cuma terjebak? gue sendiri nggak percaya dengan istilah itu karena gue bukan orang yang asal nyari temen. I do care about them, I do appreciate their nature and attitude, most of the time, whatever it is. Merasa jalan pikiran gue terlalu ribet? Yah, emang gue orangnya gitu sih mau diapain lagi.

Temenan itu bukan sesuatu yang sesimpel pulang bareng atau jalan-jalan tiap ada yang ulang tahun atau gosip bareng saat makan siang. Making friends for me means ready to understand. Gue orang yang mudah terpengaruh mood orang lain terutama kalo orang itu sering bareng sama gue, which happens recently.

Sekarang gue bertanya lagi, seperti pertanyaan gue yang di atas. apa sih yang kemudian bikin kami bisa sama-sama selama setahunan kemaren?

barusan buka-buka tumblr dan menemukan postingan yang sudah lama. yang pernah di reblog sama temen dan sebenernya gue tulis karena sedang berusaha untuk ikhlas. untuk bersyukur pada semua yang sudah dihadirkan dan merelakan apa yang benar-benar tidak bisa dijangkau.

ada yang hilang... entah apa

yang jelas sesuatu yang sepertinya hilang itu, gue nggak mau kehilangan selamanya. Mungkin niat, mungkin tekad, mungkin motivasi untuk menjadi manfaat... mungkin kesadaran akan tugas yang ditunda-tunda dengan berbagai macam alasan.

Kalau ingat lagi bagaimana dulu begitu bersemangat saat menemukan suatu lingkungan baru untk berkembang, gue jadi sangat malu. Tapi kenapa tidak berubah? Itu satu pertanyaan besar.

Gue mungkin hanya belum mencoba untuk berlari lebih cepat, berdiri lebih tegak, atau melihat dengan lebih teliti dengan pikiran yang lebih jernih.

Tapi apa mau terus dengan yang 'hanya belum' itu?


Itu satu pertanyaan besar lain yang gue tau jawabannya;

Yeah right, it's a lifetime learning process, thanks God somebody has realized about that first and shouting that out through a quote. but anyway, have you ever ask yourself this big question?


I haven't. And now that I ask that question to myself I automatically get an answer; I have never think about being true to my heart before...

i decided to post about some random things floated in my mind recently

sudah nonton iklan nutrilon beluuum? jadi pertamanya gue kira itu film August Rush, taunya bukan, and just like that it becomes my instant-favorite commercial ever (setelah jamannya iklan conello = )) bisa diliat di sini videonya. it is a worth watching anyway, padahal iklan loh! dan kenapa nggak gue upload? karena mendadak gaptek. maaf ya, lagian gue downloadnya yang .flv kok

hmm, laluuu tadi ngubek ngubek tumblr dan nemu orang ngepost soundtrack nya Conan. honestly, I love the story though I'm not his big fan. but you know what, the love story's sucks. Ini nggak tau gue aja yang mikirnya bahagia melulu, but it's not always fun to see that Ran girl waiting over Shinichi who actually always be there for her.
okaaaaaay so the real point of the story is not about their love-life drama but pleeeaseee

I read, well... part of it, and my friends found the article on archdaily.com (yes sekarang gaul browsingnya archdaily) I found most of it are hilarious, truest fact, and things you may not think we are (we as the architecture student)

the final submission day is coming up! It's January 3rd, 2011... and so does the pressure. But I'm doing fine right now. My studio is not so hectic yet, it's another subject. I promise (myself that) I will post my final assignment in my upcoming post. thanks to my high-school friends who helps me stayed the night by texting me over and over =) (you know I'm bad at staying up late). This friday I will have a presentation about structure. And the task is to build a bridge by a group of 4. We are definitely having fun with the task, and I will post about this later too.

another thing is... Maroon 5 is coming to the city. gue bukan orang yang suka nonton konser (cukup pensi pas malam keakraban, mau ngatain cupu juga terseraaah) tapii... bagaimana kalau mereka nyanyi lagu Sweetest Goodbye? Atau nge-cover If I ain't Got You lagi? Atau nyanyi Nothing Lasts Forever, Story, Goodnight Goodnight, Just a Feeling sama Losing my Mind? Pleeeease... gue mauuuu denger mereka nyanyi lagu itu LIVE!

lack of motivation

ini adalah post cepat di antara dua tugas metoper sambil makan malem (ya, makan malam pada pukul 01.02 dini hari). yang jelas gue tidak terlalu merasa lack of motivation karena gue orangnya nyantai aja men. apa yang ada dikerjain kalo capek ya istirahat.

lack of faith... walaupun sangat takut, tapi gue merasa kalau nggak dijaga benar-benar lama-lama apa yang sudah dibangun sejak lama ini bisa jadi luntur. dan seperti baju temen gue, yang katanya tadinya warnanya biru muda, tapi jadinya keliatan putih. kalo yang luntur yang jelek sih gapapa, kalo yang luntur yang baik?

belakangan ini gue sedang dalam usaha menahan diri. Yang gue baru tahu itu susahnyaaaaaa subhanallah. gue super kagum sama orang-orang yang bisa menahan diri mereka sendiri. they're superb! menahan diri dari pengen tahu urusan orang, dari melakukan hal-hal yang gue udah tau salah tapi sangat tempting jadi dilakuin juga, dari berpikiran negatif...

setiap diri itu berproses, gue yakin akan satu hal itu. Tapi gue tidak bisa membiarkan jiwa tidak juga menjadi matang dengan dalih dalam proses, kalo masak mi goreng juga kan cuma 5 menitan udah ada manfaatnya --> bisa dimakan loh maksudnya.

to motivate yourself is hard. tapi lihat di sekeliling; ada teman-teman yang super oke, daily-life-lesson... terlalu banyak hal yang lupa untuk disyukuri sampai akhirnya merasa we got nothing, we need some more.

berproses untuk menjadi lebih baik, menahan diri untuk menjaga warna yang murni. where there is a will there is always God who makes the way =D
