i was trying to upload a video made by my friend for our final presentation but sadly the size is too big so I can't make it.
padahal videonya kureeeen loh hahahaha. intinya video itu nyeritain soal the library in the making nya, sampe akhirnya selesai. So I'll share some photos I and my friends have taken :
don't forget to check this link for other projects and this link for more information about the class. Greatest elective (i have) everrr (taken until now) :D. thankyouverymuch!

it's kinda late since the exhibition is already over (earlier this month). But I should say this is one of the best exhibition I've ever attended. Enjoy some of my favorite works here :
ini nggak tau punya siapa. I don't really into paintings or something like that but this work is definitely ROCKS |

this one is interesting. it made of capsule! |
and this last one caught me most. I just love it. by Ryfa (padahal gakenal) |
If you happened to come to the exhibition, went to the board where you can write your comment and see a pictures come from 9gag with my name written not far from the picture, that's not me. definitely not me.
Design process ini dimulai dengan penentuan tema. As I said before, the theme that the kids chose is the 'Under Water' theme. Tim desain yang bikin rencana soal aplikasi tema ke perpustakaan, tim sistem yang bikin sistem baru untuk perpustakaannya (so it can still work although we're no longer there) dan tim workshop yang menentukan partisipasi anak-anaknya dalam pembuatan perpustakaan.
Jelas yang paling seru adalah saat kita beneran sampe di perpustakaannya and starting the changes. Mindahin barang-barang keluar, mulai ngecat dan gambar, sampai akhirnya masang karpet dan main-main pake barang yang ada di perpus. we take silly photos, of course, dan main cerdas cermat (are you smarter than a fifth grader BD).
I can't tell much more. But it's all work hard play hard and great result.
see you on the last part :)

I decided to make this series along the holiday. This is one fascinating project, experience, and class I've ever taken. Enjoy :)
Semester lima kemarin gue ambil mata kuliah Everyday Architecture.
It was a whole new experience for me. You know, the feeling when you were in front of the class, telling them what to do, and seeing their enthusiastically doing what you have told them, and finally seeing their happy faces when they're done. That's too much happiness, but anyway, gue akan menceritakan bagaimana akhirnya projek ini dilaksanakan.
Cara yang sama juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui their preference on the library.
Next, I'll tell you about the design process and the working process! for other project and information click here. info about the class, click here.

tau nggak rasanya punya penulis favorit yang kita udah tau pasti tulisannya bagus (cheesy but still... just don't complain about this strange taste of mine), pengen banget baca bukunya, pengen banget beli bukunya tapi covernya minta dicopot?
aaaaargh!
I don't mean anything actually, it's just... you know there's saying : Don't Judge a Book by its Cover. For me, when it comes to book, sometimes you have to know what you are doing with the cover. You really have to know what have you done to the cover. aaaaaa

this line might be cheesy.
but hey, those notifications are my kind of simple happiness.
I'm looking forward to see (some of) you soon :)

I decided to post things like this from now on. I easily fascinated by new-simple-things I see around me, that's why. Enjoy.
This is purely coincidence. My shoe is broken today, right when I just arrived at my faculty, and before I went home, I had to buy some things for my community project tomorrow. Right when I finished buy things, I see this man who fixed shoes sitting in front of the shop. I think, it might be a good idea to fixed my shoe right away before I forget, besides I don't want to throw my shoe now and replace it with a new one. I didn't need another sport shoe anyway, and the damage wasn't so bad.
So I walked to the man and doing a short conversation to made him helped me fixed the shoe. I don't really know about the price, so I just agree on the price he told me. Then, he offer a seat for me so I can sit while waiting for my shoes being fixed.
But I'm a kind of person who loves to see new things, and as I remember, this is my first time seeing a shoe being fixed. I don't sit too long, I stand up and watch the process closely, and the man who fixed my shoe let me did so.
I'm not much a photographer, but yes, I take some pictures. Here are some of them :
His work space is brilliant. Despite it looks, see how efficient it was. It has a lot of storages and I guess, if you have seen this kind of person before, so easy to be carried away whenever he wants to. I didn't have a closer look to the storage and the tools but I hope I will have a chance to know about this.
Anyway, my shoe is all better now, and I can use it again tomorrow. thanks, sir!
Yes, this thing fascinates me. what fascinates you?

i fail this time. i need a break
Pernah nonton SpiderMan lah yaaa. Pernah dong, kan diulang-ulang terus di televisi. I'm not a big fan of this spider-hero. Malahan bukan penggemar film pahlawan super begini juga. I only watched it because it's on TV, almost every holiday and in every superhero-movie weeks.Harry Osborne memang ganteng dan ceritanya Sand Man yang mau dipisahin sama anaknya juga sedih, but those are ot the part that moved me. One of those part is that Peter is Harry's best friend and Harry hates SpiderMan for killing his father, and a quote.
I did experiencing that kind of thing. Curfew, larangan untuk bawa-bawa macem-macem, dan lain-lainnya. Jelas lah ya, as a high school student at that time, gue kadang suka bandel.
And it's almost two years before I finally understand the reason behind those rules.
With great power comes great responsibility.
Pulang malem kemana? Ngapain aja? Sangat perlu atau nggak? Manfaat apa nggak? Bikin capek dan lalai amanah? ibadah nggak? Yakin nggak dapet RidhoNya?
Tau teorinya tapi nggak dilaksanain itu kan percuma, ya? Kayak kalo lagi ngerjain soal fisika. Tau banget kalo ini tuh soal tentang Gerak Jatuh Bebas misalnya, tapi lupa rumusnya. Nggak bisa dikerjain dong soalnya. (dan kenapa ini tiba-tiba rumus fisika --")
With great power comes great responsibility. Nggak cuma larangan-larangan itu sih sebenernya. Contoh lain deh, dilulusin ke jurusan pilihan pertama. Great responsibility, kan? Gimana caranya ngebuktiin kalo I deserve this, it's not just my luck.
"And We charge no soul except [with that within] its capacity, and with Us is a record which speaks with truth; and they will not be wronged. (23:62)"
yaudah deh, ngerjain UAS lagi ya :)
With great power comes great responsibilityBaru inget hari ini kalo ada seseorang yang pernah ngomong hal yang, kurang lebih, sama dengan maksud quote di film SpiderMan itu. Dan ingetnya itu karena tiba-tiba khawatir. It's funny how some thing could remind you of another not-related-thing. But that's what happening.
